wwwwaahhhh, banyak nyer mee goreng...today's breakfast was mee goreng... muhahaha... my blog dah jadi blog makanan dah... takpa, as long as i'm happy kan... i know some of you complaint *not in a bad way* sebab pagi-pagi tengok gambar makanan... i know how you feel sebab i pun rasa benda yang sama jugak everytime i melawat blog-blog makanan lainnya... but atleast you guys still boleh makan breakfast kan... imagine during fasting month nanti bila you bukak my blog and the first thing you see is going to be the recipes for buka puasa lengkap dengan gambar-gambar... muhahaha... harap maklum i'm planning to do the kitchen tour again... sekarang nih pun dah ada a few recipes yang i dah kumpul and of course some yang tengah testing nak buat and bila dah pass the standard, i will post it in my blog... get ready to tahan lebih banyak sabar bulan puasa nanti...

in fact earlier i've made the best chicken kung-pao and sambal petai udang kering ever! giler punya sedap if i have to say it myself... i just change a few things from the way i used to cook it and there you go! berselera sungguh makan... and the good thing was that i memang dah siap sedia ambik gambar masa i nak prepare the chicken kung-pao... rasa tak menyesal langsung sebab kena buat extra work sikit... yalah kan, lepas potong ayam kena basuh tangan and ambik gambar... lepas potong bawang and other stuff pun kena basuh tangan ambik gambar... and everytime letak ingredients dalam kuali pun kena basuh tangan and ambik gambar... the cooking process yang ambik masa lebih kurang 20 minutes pun jadi sampai almost sejam... yang penting i puas hati... that's what count... tapi i will not post it in my blog just yet... nanti bulan puasa tunggulah recipes like beef kueyteow, ayam masak halia, chicken kung-pao, gulai lemak udang, bread pudding, sambal udang kering and macam-macam lagih... some you memang dah tau macam mana nak masak those dishes tapi takpalah kan... sama-sama berkongsi ilmu...

like i said in the previous posting, my relaxing days dah makin surut sikit... on monday a few days ago, diddy ada photoshoot dengan majalah mangga bersama farawaheeda untuk hari raya... this friday we will be at universiti putra malaysia for digi d campus uni-tour, on saturday and sunday we will be at the hot fm booth for jom heboh in padang mpk2 kuantan, pahang and on monday there is a photoshoot with b*pop berita minggu... on wednesday pulak there is a concert for digi d campus uni-tour in universiti malaya, follow by a company dinner show in petaling jaya on friday... then on sunday it's diddy fc bowling tournament at the summit usj and the next morning on monday we are driving to universiti perguruan tanjung malim for digi d campus uni-tour... that coming weekend pulak we will be flying to kota bahru, kelantan for digi superstars meet and greet plus the concert digi gegeriuh di kota bahru kelantan... after two days rest, we will be going to multi media university in melaka on wednesday for the concert and on saturday to a dinner show in seremban... and insyaAllah diddy will be performing for malam kemerdekaan in melaka... hopefully i will be getting the confirmation this week...

earlier in the day pun my schedule was packed with meetings and jumpa client... i went to an event company to collect some cheques, then to the printing company to check on a new batches of postcards that we print for diddy... then i went to meet up with sultanmuzaffar to collect something from him since he has agreed to sponsor one of diddy's postcard... this is for diddy fc bowling tournament on the 10th of august... then i went to damansara perdana to collect some merchandises they have sponsored also for the bowling tournament... on the way home, i stopped by at ioi mall to bank in some cheques and cash and decided to have lunch there... so i ordered black pepper beef kueyteow that i thought could use less black pepper and more beef in it... sampai rumah i decided to do some hot-day *berpeluh tak ingat* super duper cleaning of my car yang orang nampak lebih kepada tong sampah bergerak than normal human being vehicle... i can assure you that, sama ada diddy akan gelak tak ingat dunia sampai muntah-muntah bila dia tengok kereta i nanti, or dia akan terkedu terdiam and on friday hantar satu lori pisang pergi masjid... well, the first one is more believable...

in the evening i went to shah alam to meet up with komuniti diddy yang in-charge for the bowling tournament... i met up with tre and arin... the rest tak dapat join sebab masing-masing kerja ditempat yang jauh antara satu sama lain... our best meeting place was at paksu sebab sup tulang kat kedai tuh is to die for... seriously memang sedap giler... kalau diddy ada show kat shah alam especially after muzik muzik, we will definitely end up at paksu for diner... i remember lepas habis abp road show kat shah alam, mila and segerombolan mila fc plus diddy and sekumpulan kecil komuniti diddy *yang memang kecik jer pun* went to have dinner there... farah asyikin joined us later and it was fun! hot, stuffy but fun... anyway, we've iron-out a lot of things to ensure everything insyaAllah will go on the right direction... melihat kepada betapa hard working each and everyone of them, insyaAllah i'm sure semuanya will be okay... next week i will try to squeeze some time to update on the bowling tournament before the bowling tournament... will talk about the sponsors, the goodie-bags, the prizes, the lucky-draws, the performances, the little donation project and other stuff... all i know is that siapa-siapa yang join bowling tournament nanti insyaAllah tak akan menyesal...
okay, dah two updates for this week... not bad! hopefully i can keep it up... smile always and have fun...
