the one about badrul and his yummy kabbak daging... (kitchen tour - episode 2)

*harap maklum, title dan nama masakan ini ditukar daripada pegedil daging kepada kabbak daging untuk mengelakkan kekeliruan para pelancong... juga, oleh kerana proof-reader saya, cik dreamfinder yang berada di london kuar berjalan-jalan, maka, tidak ada orang yang proof-read saya punya eengrrandd... jadik, kalau ada grammar or gramparr mistake tuh, harap maafkan yek... ~ badrul (22okt, 11.45am)*

kat office hari nih ntah macam mana, teringin sangat-sangat nak makan kabbak daging… nih mesti kes guruvocal yang dok tanya apa lagih masakan yang i tau buat lah nih… hahahaha.. then, i teringat masa pergi tesco earlier this week, i also bought some mince meat… and since my fridge is always filled with all my cooking needs, i don’t have to worry about potatoes, onions, or even spices… set lah… balik nanti buat kabbak daging…

i’m not so sure myself, whether by doing all these recipes, nampak macam menunjuk-nunjuk jer… i thought, takyahlah letak benda nih kat blog… but then again, lepas pikir panjang-panjang, i said to myself, why not?... atleast i’m sharing something with my friends… sharing something that i enjoy doing, and sharing some recipes that i love to eat… so, to all yang suka masak, here’s the recipe for kabbak daging… it’s very simple to do and delicious to eat… the kids will definitely lllooooovveee this…. and to kretortd n dreamfinder yang ada kat overseas tuh yang mungkin harga daging mahal, or to whoever yang tak suka daging, you can actually change it to mince chicken or mutton…


mince meat, bawang besar, kentang, telur, pepper n jintan manis...

bahan-bahan…

500g daging cincang (or chicken)
2 biji onion (dipotong dadu)
2 biji kentang (dipotong dadu)
1 biji telur
½ sudu kecil pepper
½ sudu kecil jintan manis
garam secukup rasa
minyak untuk menggoreng (deep fry)

cara-cara…

senang sangat nak buat once you dah prepare the ingredients… just take one big bowl and mix everything in it…


masukkan kentang and bawang dalam bowl daging...


pepper n jintan manis...


then telur...


masukkan garam secukup rasa...


gaulkan rata-rata...

kemudian bulat-bulatkan dan leperkan sedikit mengikut size that you want… but i prefer it slightly small… senang nak makan… hahahhaa…


bentukkan bulat-bulat dan leperkan sedikit...


buatkan semuanya...

panaskan minyak and deep fry… nah, dah siap pun…

you can just eat it like that with chilli sauce, or you can eat it with rice… selalunya kat rumah my mom, kabbak daging nih dibuat bila we cook nasi bukhari… you can also eat it with bread, macam burger… it’s so easy and simple… yet, it's delicious… seedddaappnnnyyyaaa….
