astro bowling - team champion...

there are two games that i love the most… one is basketball, and the other is bowling… but i taknak cakap pasal basketball sebab dah rasa macam beribu-ribu tahun tak main basketball… i want to talk about bowling… yep… i love this game so much… dan kalau ada kesempatan memang i akan pergi main bowling dengan kawan-kawan… to me, bowling memang boleh release kan tension…

i taklah main bowling professionally… sekadar suka-suka jer… and i don’t think i’m that good either… my technique pun quite unique… muhahahaha… sebab kalau you see the way i bowl, you will see that my bowling ball rolls the other way around… susah jugak nak explain macam mana, but you have to see it with your own eyes to know what i mean… tapi alhamdulillah lah, setakat nih, kalau join apa-apa tournament, jarang balik dengan tangan kosong… kalau tak jadik juara pun, sekurang-kurangnya nombor dua… tapi ini semua team effort lah… bukannya sebab i sorang…

anyway, the reason i want to talk about bowling sebab i was chosen to be the captain of the bowling team for astro / era in the fiesta media idola this coming april… alah, the one yang kalau you baca newspapers tuh dia orang nak buat di kuantan, pahang under tengku muda pahang… fiesta nih pun ada football, netball, futsal and of course, bowling… each team and each game mesti ada artiste yang turut serta… so for bowling, artiste yang main untuk team lelaki is khai and team perempuan is edlin… which is good because both of them can play… and lebih senang for me since both of them are under maestro, which part of astro jugak… wahhhh, panjangnya explanation… hahahahaha…


ad bowling bonanza... champion...

tapi jadik captain nih pressure jugak… ya lah kan, sebab bila kena wakil astro nih, they want to win… ya lah kan, company mana yang nak kalah ya tak… hahahhaa… especially kalau kena lawan fellow competitors like tv3, ntv7, other media like berita harian, nst, utusan and others… all i know is that my team will do our best and menang atau kalah tuh bergantung pada usaha dan rezeki lah kan… sekarang nih we practice every week kat mines…


astro bowling league - individual champion...

but to tell you the truth, sepanjang i main bowling nih, i think the trophy yang paling berharga to me is the one in the picture above… being the individual champion in the astro bowling league tournament… we have to play every week for ten weeks and i was up against 40 or more other bowlers in astro each week… that league lama giler but it was worth it… really worth it…
